The Initial Deep Cleaning

Initial deep cleans include all bedrooms, all bathrooms, kitchen/dining area, family room, dusting, cleaning all glassware, dishes, laundry, baseboards, walls, trash removal, sweeping, vacuuming, pet areas, and whatever else our customer may request that needs done. There is an additional 35$ dollar up charge on window cleaning and pet areas. We also charge an additional 35$ for baseboards in each additional room, for baseboards done in one room it will be an up charge of 35$, if baseboards are needed done in 2 rooms it would be an up charge 70$ and so on. Washing of walls will be an additional 45 for one room. 

Please feel free to call us at any time for questions about different pricing on cleaning different areas in your home. There is no up charge for laundry. We get your laundry done while we clean. 

Prices can vary between $150 - 450 depending on your specific needs.
