All sales are final. If you happen to find any mistakes, anything that may have been broken, spots or stains, solely caused from a cleaning done by a King Zeas team member, Please immediately contact one of our professionals to fix the problem as soon as possible.
Calling or reporting of any damages or any other problem 4 days after any service has been done by King Zeas will strictly be the customers responsibility.
King Zeas will not be liable for anything reported after 3 days of that service being fulfilled we are fully insured and bonded so rest assure that all of your belongings are covered once we enter your premises.
Not reporting a problem is simply up to the customer, King Zeas will not be responsible for any repairs, fixes, or refunds 3 days after services are rendered.
King Zeas will ask for dates, pictures, videos etc, upon any customer complaints, concerning any property or properties damaged or destroyed by one of our professionals. If it is reported within 72 hours after having the service done.
